Accepted Payment Methods

We accept multiple secure payment methods, including bank wire transfers, PayPal (Goods & Services), Zelle for Business, cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, and USDC), cash (in-person transactions only), and credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment, verification, fraud prevention, and refund policies.

Bank Wires & Transfers

We accept domestic and international bank wire transfers for all transactions. Payments must be cleared and verified before the item is shipped. Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank when initiating the wire transfer. Once a wire transfer has been processed and confirmed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

PayPal (Goods & Services)

PayPal payments are accepted only through Goods & Services to ensure buyer and seller protection. We require that payments originate from a verified PayPal account, and all orders will be shipped only to the confirmed PayPal shipping address. We do not accept PayPal “Friends & Family” transactions under any circumstances. If a PayPal dispute is initiated without valid cause, we reserve the right to take legal action and refuse future business with the customer.

Zelle for Business

We accept Zelle payments exclusively from bank accounts registered in the buyer’s name. Due to the nature of Zelle transactions, payments are typically instant and irreversible. Once a payment has been confirmed, it is final and non-refundable. Customers attempting to dispute a Zelle payment will be permanently banned from future transactions.

Cryptocurrency Payments (BTC, ETH, USDC)

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC) as forms of payment. All cryptocurrency transactions must be processed through Coinbase Commerce or our designated crypto wallet. Before completing a purchase using crypto, customers must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and a background check for transactions exceeding $10,000. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or disputed. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address is used and that all applicable network fees are covered at the time of payment. Any attempt to use crypto for fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Cash Payments (In-Person Transactions Only)

For local customers, we accept cash payments for in-person transactions. To ensure the security of both parties, all cash transactions must be conducted at a secure public location or a bank. Cash payments must be counted and verified before the watch is released to the buyer. Customers will receive a written receipt confirming the details of the transaction. All cash sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns.

Credit & Debit Card Payments (Shopify Payments Only)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure Shopify Payments checkout. All credit and debit card payments must be authorized through Shopify’s fraud prevention system, and we may require additional verification for high-value transactions. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit or debit card used for the transaction. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide documented proof of the transaction, customer authorization, and delivery confirmation to the card issuer.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to request additional verification for any order. This may include providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, a video verification call, or additional supporting documents. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we will not proceed with the sale until verification is complete. Customers attempting to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or fake identities will be reported to law enforcement. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction will result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

Transaction Processing & Shipping Timeline

Bank wires and cryptocurrency payments may take 1–3 business days to clear before processing. PayPal and Zelle transactions are typically verified within 24 hours. Cash transactions are confirmed immediately at the point of sale. We do not ship any items until the payment has been fully cleared and verified.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once a payment has been confirmed and the item has shipped. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any watch purchased via bank wire, cryptocurrency, Zelle, or cash. Refunds for PayPal and Shopify payments may be granted at our sole discretion only if the watch has not yet been shipped, and requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method only, and all associated transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any unauthorized chargeback attempt will be contested with full transaction evidence, including order details, payment verification, delivery confirmation, and customer communications. Customers who initiate a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from future purchases, and legal action may be pursued. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any issues or concerns before resorting to disputes.

Tax Compliance & Legal Obligations

For tax compliance, we maintain detailed records of all transactions, including cash sales, for proper reporting. Customers purchasing from within the United States may be subject to applicable state and federal tax regulations, and it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with their local tax laws. For international customers, any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
